VICTOR FAESSER

Vic was born in Germany and immigrated to the United States when he was five years old. His family settled in Ogallala, Nebraska. Vic graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 1973. Upon graduation, he joined the firm of Witte & Donahue in Pawnee City, NE. Vic served as Pawnee County Attorney from 1987 until 2012. He has also served as Humboldt City Attorney from 2004 to 2016. Vic has moved into the retirement phase of his career. He is still available for consultation in his role as "Of Counsel" to the firm. 
​In his free time, Vic enjoys reading, bicycling, and spending time with his family.

MICHAEL J. DONAHUE, III

Mike is a native of Pawnee City. He graduated from the University of Nebraska Medical Center as a Doctor of Pharmacy in 1985, and graduated with a J.D. degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 1990. 
Mike joined the firm of Witte, Donahue & Faesser in 1991.  Mike served as Deputy Pawnee County Attorney from 1993 to 2012.  Mike's main areas of practice are estate planning, probate, farm law and management, and elder law.  
​In his spare time, Mike enjoys traveling, scuba diving, antique cars, hunting, and spending time with his three daughters and five grandchildren.   

EMILY A. SISCO

Emily is originally from Bellevue, Nebraska. She graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2017. 
  Emily's practice focuses on business planning, estate planning, and landlord/tenant issues. She is licensed in Nebraska and Kansas. Emily is the current president of the Pawnee City Rotary Club and the Southeast Nebraska Bar Association.
Emily served as the Pawnee City Attorney from 2019 - 2022. She will begin her term as Pawnee County Attorney in 2023. 
​In her free time, Emily enjoys running and spending time with her husband and their kids.
